Our thin rice vermicelli making machine is one industrial plant, 15tons/24 hours. The whole process is high automatic except the folding process. It have continuous first aging,
steaming,second aging,washing. Labor fold the shape then contious drying and cooling. Due to the extruding technology, it can process various of flours, including the rice flour, mungbean starch and corn starch,wheat,semolina, ragi, millet etc.

Start from rice flour
mixing the rice flour with wate---rice flour ripening ---feeding the flour to the extruder – first extrusion ---second extrusion and vermicelli making ---hanging the vermicelli on the rolls and cutting(short) ---rice vermicelli first aging --- rice vermicelli steaming---rice vermicelli second aging ---washing the rice vermicelli and folding the shape-----(manual operation )--drying –packaging
Note: this process is based on Chinese making method and texture preferrence. We can design the machine according to the customer's special requirement.

Packaging & Shipping
As the whole plant is one large plant, we usually take four to eight 40' HQ Container according to the machine model. With foam protection and then fixed in the container as showing in the following picture.
